Using the Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire approach, we study stress-induced transformations of polarization switching in ferrielectric CuInP2S6 nanoparticles for three different shapes: a disk, sphere, and needle. Semiconducting properties nanoparticle are modeled by surface charge layer, whose effective screening length can be rather small due to field-effect. We reveal very strong unusual influence hydrostatic pressure on appearance nanoparticles, hysteresis loops shape, magnitude remanent polarization, coercive fields, explain effects anomalous temperature dependence "inverted" signs linear nonlinear electrostriction coupling coefficients. In particular, varying sign applied (from tension compression) its zero several hundreds MPa), quasi-static hysteresis-less paraelectric curves transform into double, triple, pinched, or single loops. Due sufficiently wide ranges pinched loop stability (at least comparison with many other ferroelectrics), nanodisks particular interest applications energy storage (in region double loops), nanospheres maybe suitable dynamic random access multibit memory, nanoneedles promising non-volatile memory cells regions triple loops).
